1. What does Buyoot.com does? How does it work?
      Buyoot.com is the premier Property Listing Service in Dubai. It is a
Free Property Listing r>Service. You can search the properties listed in
the Portal and you can list your properties in the portal. The portal allows
you to search a property in UAE through quering an Interative Map. You
can add a property and mark the map location of the property using the
tools provided in the portal.

2. Why Sign up? Is it a free service?
For listing a property in Buyoot.com, you should be a member of Buyoot.
The membership in Buyoot.com is absolutely free. Click on the link for
Sign Up in the home page, then you will be given a form which contains
your personal information. You haveto fill up all the fields in the
form which are mandatory. When you click on Register, if the username
and password is valid and not registred on the portal before, you
will be prompted to login.

3. Will I be charge commission if I sell my property through Buyoot.com?
Buyoot.com does not charge any Commision or Fee from its members.

4 . How do I search for properties for sale or for rent?
Buyoot.com offers two types of search. You can search by filling
your search criteria like city, price range etc in the columns
provided in Home page. Again, you can search a property of your
interest directly from the map. For searching in the map, click on
the click here to search From Map in the Home Page.

5 . Will I receive email notifications? from Buyoot.com?
For receiving email notifications and Feature articles from
Buyoot.com, just add your Email address in the Email List column
provided in home page

6. How often is the property on Buyoot.com updated?
Buyoot.com updates the property very frequently, so that you
will be getting an updated information about the listings.

7. How can I express an interest in buying a property in Buyoot.com?
If you are interested in any of the properties listed in the Portal,
you can just click on the link Contact Agent. You can send an email
to the concerned agent with your details. Buyoot.com will process your
request and will be get back to you.

8 . How long will my property stay on the site?
Your property will stay on the Portal for 180 days. After that, if it is not
yet sold or rented,you should confirm the status of your listed property

9 . Can I sell my property without a real estate agent using Buyoot.com?
Yes, you are free to sell your property while it is listed in the Portal,
but when it is sole or rented, you should change the status of your property

10. How do I register as a member of Buyoot.com?
The Registration is free in the Portal. You need to click on the Sign Up
link in the Home page, and fill up your contact information.
The portal uses your Email address as the login username. You
should provide a password to login to the Portal

11. Can I edit or delete my property which is already listed?
You can edit or delete your property details whenever required,
For that you can log on to the portal using the email and password,
and you can select the actions from the dropdown list provided
on your profile page.

12. Can I upload photos and files about my property?
Yes, you can upload photos and files regarding your property to the portal.
It will be displayed in the portal along with your property

13. How can I change my account Password and Contact Information?
You can change your password and contact information by clicking
on the Edit my Profile link provided on your page.

14. How do I retrieve forgot passwords?
If you forgot your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link
in the login page. You should provide the valid Email address which has
been registred in the Portal. If the email exists in the Portal database,
then the Password is sent to you via email.

15. How do I search in the Map?
For searching in the Map, Click on the above
link provided on the Home Page, a map of UAE is provided to you. On the Right
hand side of the Map you can fill up the Search Criteria like, Rent/Buy, Type,
City, Minimum Price and Maximum Price. Then you can click on the map for a point
of your interest, so that a marker like this will
appear on the map. You can click any number of points on the map, but only the
last point will be taken for search. When you click on the map, then a drop
down list is added to your Search Criteria. You should fill up the range in
Kilometers from your point. When the Search Button is Clicked, the map will
provide you with all the properties matching your search criteria and your range
in Kilometers. The map will put on all points where it finds a property listing
with the search criteria. If you click on the Marker, you will be provided with an
info window, which gives a details about the Property. A link is provided in the
info window which takes you to the Detailed Property page.

When you Click on the Link towards searching from map, you will be provided with this map.



You can zoom in and zoom out to your location using the tools available in the Map.
Choose your point of interest and click on that point, then a marker is
put on that point and a drop down list is visible above the Seaarch Button.
You can give the range in Kilometers so that the Map will search the Property
Listings with in the Radius of that range.



At this point click on the Search Button, a map is loaded with all the Property Listings
which matches your search Criteria.



Your location is pointed with an info window . And there are currently 2 marker points
other than your location in this demonstration map. These points represnets the Property
listings near to your location. If you click on top of any one of the markers, you will
get another info Window which gives you the Details about the Property.



If you click on the link provided inside the Info Window, you will be
forwarded to the Detailed Property Page.
